Willie J. Morgan

Willie J. Morgan, born on June 22, 1954, peacefully passed away on July 13, 2024 in Augusta, Georgia. He retired as a self-employed individual after dedicating his life to his work.

The services to honor and remember Willie will be held at the C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext. in Augusta, Georgia. The visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 19, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM and concluding at 6:00 PM.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the same location starting at 4:30 PM and ending at 5:30 PM. Following this, the burial ceremony will occur at Walker Memorial Park located at 620 Laney Walker Blvd in Augusta at 5:45 PM on the same day.

Willie J. Morgan leaves behind a legacy cherished by his surviving family and friends including his son Pentanious Thompkins, daughter Charlotte Epps, son Cedric S. Epps, and daughter Lavonia S. Pressley.

Willie will be remembered for his hard work and dedication throughout his career as well as the love and care he shared with those around him. His presence will be deeply missed but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
