Maxine Marie Baez

Maxine Marie Baez, a beloved member of the Augusta community, passed away on June 23 2024, in her hometown of Augusta, Georgia. She was born on January 3, 1962, in the same city she called home throughout her life.

Maxine will be fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. Maxine had a special bond with her family and cherished every moment spent with them.

A visitation in memory of Maxine will take place on Friday, June 28, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext. in Augusta. Friends and acquaintances are welcome to pay their respects during this time. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, starting at 12:00 PM at Mt. Olive Cemetery on Deans Bridge Rd in Hephzibah. The service will be a heartfelt tribute to Maxine's life and the impact she had on those around her.

Maxine Marie Baez will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her kind spirit, generous heart, and unwavering love for her family. May she rest in peace knowing she was cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
