Lyle Augustine Cruz, Sr.

Lyle Augustine Cruz, Sr. was born on October 12, 1954, in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. He peacefully passed away on December 7, 2023, at Augusta University Medical Center. Lyle was a dedicated individual who made significant contributions to his community and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Lyle dedicated his career to working in sandblasting at Industrial Metal Finishing. His commitment and expertise in his field made him a valuable asset to the company. Lyle took pride in his work and always went above and beyond to ensure the highest quality standards were met.

Loved ones will gather to honor Lyle's memory during the upcoming services. The visitation will take place on Thursday, January 4th, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., Augusta, GA 30901.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5th, 2024, starting at 2:30 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home in Augusta, GA. This solemn event will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together to celebrate Lyle's life and share cherished memories.

Following the funeral service, a burial will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park located at 2700 Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, GA 30906. The burial ceremony will be conducted with the utmost respect and reverence for Lyle's peaceful rest.
