Harold Murray, a dedicated man who spent his career working construction with Country Way Construction Company, has peacefully passed away at the age of 73 in Augusta, Georgia. He was born on October 12, 1950, in Wrens, Georgia.
Harold not only excelled in his professional endeavors but also served his country with honor and bravery. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and valiantly served during the Vietnam War. His commitment to hard work and excellence was evident to all who knew him. Whether it was constructing buildings or serving his nation, Harold approached every task with determination and skill.
He will be dearly missed by his surviving family members. Harold's legacy extends beyond his family as well, as his colleagues and friends who fondly remember him for his work ethic, integrity, and kindness.
A visitation to pay respects to Harold will be held at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home in Augusta on Friday, June 21st, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the same location followed by the burial ceremony at Walker Memorial Park in Augusta.
