Harold Harley, Jr., born on January 30, 1956, in Augusta, Georgia, peacefully departed this life on March 7, 2025, in his beloved hometown. Harold’s journey through life was marked by a profound dedication to his family, a strong work ethic, and an infectious passion for sports, particularly his love for football and fondness for the classic films of the 80s.

Throughout his career, Harold was a valued employee at E-Z-Go and several other companies across the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). His colleagues often reflected on his admirable work ethic, and many found joy in Harold's ability to infuse laughter and excitement into the workplace. He was not just a hard worker, but a source of inspiration to those around him.

Harold leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish the memories they created together. He is survived by his son, Rafeal Harley; sisters Eleanor Howard and Sandra Harley; as well as cherished grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Each family member holds a piece of him in their hearts, a testament to his nurturing spirit and the strength of the bonds he formed throughout his life.

The community is invited to honor Harold’s memory during the visitation on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home, located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext, Augusta, GA. Following this, a funeral service celebrating his remarkable life will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM, also at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home. Harold will be laid to rest at Walker Memorial Park, with interment taking place at 12:15 PM on the same day.

As we gather to celebrate Harold’s life, let us remember his unwavering spirit, his laughter, and the warmth he brought to everyone he encountered.
