Harold Leonard Cook, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on November 28, 2024 in his hometown of Augusta, Georgia, at the age of 64. Born on March 20, 1960, Harold's journey through life was marked by hard work, dedication family, and a spirit that touched everyone who knew him.

From an age, Harold exhibited a talent for hands-on work and an affinity for electricity. He proudly pursued his education at Lucy C. Laney, graduating in 1978, before furthering his skills by obtaining an associate degree in electrician training. His commitment to both lifelong learning and his craft led him to a successful career as a self-employed electrician. He was also an integral part of his family's business, C & M Market, where his work ethic and commitment to quality service earned him the admiration of his customers and peers alike.

Throughout his life, Harold demonstrated an unwavering love for his family and maintained deep bonds with those closest to him. He leaves behind his loving mother, Ethel Cook, who cherished him deeply; his sister, Ethel "Rita" Cook-Hagans; and his brothers, Dennis Cook and Leon Palmer. These relationships embodied a strong familial connection that Harold nurtured every day. They will forever hold in their hearts the warmth of his laughter, the wisdom of his advice, and the countless memories they created together.

Though Harold's father, Harold E. Cook, has predeceased him, the lessons learned and the love shared continue to live on through his surviving family members. Harold's life was a testament to resilience, kindness, and the importance of community, making a significant impact on those fortunate enough to know him.

His passing leaves a void that will be felt profoundly by his family, friends, and all who crossed paths with him.
