Elijah Malik O'Conner

Elijah Malik O'Conner, a precious soul born on February 28, 2025, in Augusta, Georgia, was called to the heavens too soon, leaving us on April 18, 2025. In his short time with us, Elijah brought joy, laughter, and a light that illuminated the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Elijah was the beloved son of Derick O'Conner and Ayesha Drayton. His parents cherished every moment spent with him, nurturing his spirit and filling his days with love and joy. Despite his brief journey on this earth, Elijah touched the hearts of many and will forever be etched in the memories of his family.

A memorial service to honor Elijah’s life will take place on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home, located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext. in Augusta, Georgia. The service will commence at 1:00 PM, allowing family and friends to gather and celebrate the beautiful life he led, however fleeting it may have been.

While the pain of loss is profound, the love that Elijah ignited within his family and the community will endure. He may have departed from our sight, but he will remain forever in our hearts. Rest well, dear Elijah. Your spirit will guide us until we meet again.
