Dorothea's life will be celebrated with a visitation on Thursday, February 1, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., Augusta, GA. The funeral service will take place on Friday, February 2, 2024, at Transforming Lives Bible Church located at 2439 Peach Orchard Rd, Augusta, GA. The service will begin at 11:00 AM. Following the funeral service, Dorothea will be laid to rest at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Hephzibah, GA.

Dorothea was known for her loving and caring nature. She brought joy to everyone around her with her warm smile and kind heart. She dedicated her life to helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of those she encountered. She was an active member of Transforming Lives Bible Church where she always went above and beyond to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her compassion knew no bounds.
