Clementine was a retired nurse, dedicating her life to the service of others. Her career was not merely a profession, but rather a calling, characterized by profound compassion and unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of her patients.

Clementine’s life will be celebrated in a series of heartfelt gatherings. A visitation will take place on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home in Augusta, Georgia. Friends and loved ones are invited to share their memories and offer condolences during this time of reflection and sorrow.

On Saturday, September 21, 2024, the community will gather for a Celebration of Life at Franklin Covenant Baptist Church in Hephzibah, Georgia, commencing at 11:00 AM. This poignant occasion will honor Clementine's remarkable journey, showcasing the love and joy she brought to all who crossed her path. Following this, interment will take place at the same location, at 12:15 PM, where she will be laid to rest, surrounded by the echoes of cherished memories.

Clementine is survived by her devoted husband, Rufus Gantt, who stood steadfastly by her side through the myriad experiences of life. Her legacy, steeped in kindness and dedication, will forever resonate in the hearts of those privileged to have known her.
