Born on July 11, 1961, in the quaint town of Andrews, South Carolina, Carrie was a beacon of love and resilience, embodying the essence of a devoted mother and cherished friend.

Her journey through life was marked by an unwavering commitment to her family, and she is survived by her beloved children: Micheal (Dewayna) Thomas, Sr., Johnny (Althelia) Thomas III, Christina (Justin) Williams, and Nathaniel Thomas. Each of them carries forward Carrie's legacy of compassion, strength, and dignity.

As we gather to honor her memory, friends and family are invited to reflect on the life of this extraordinary woman. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home, located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., Augusta, Georgia. This intimate gathering will provide a space for those who knew and loved Carrie to share their memories and celebrate her remarkable journey.

The following day, Saturday, April 19, 2025, a funeral service will commence at 1:00 PM at the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Baptist Church, situated at 2877 Lumpkin Rd, Augusta, Georgia. It is here that we shall come together in solidarity, honoring not only Carrie's passing but also her immeasurable impact on our lives.

Following the service, interment will take place at Walker Memorial Park, starting at 2:30 PM. Friends and family will gather to lay Carrie to rest, ensuring that her spirit, forever intertwined with nature, continues to inspire all those she touched.
