Rouse, who entered into rest on April 16, 2012, will be conducted this Saturday, April 21, 2012, at 2 PM at Restoration Ministry with Reverend Dr. Michael Mitchell officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be this afternoon from 2 - 7 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home.
