Downs, who entered into rest on May 19, 2013, will be conducted this Friday, May 24, 2013, at 2 PM at Fairview Nissionary Baptist Church with Reverend Mark A. Downs, Sr. officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery (Grovetown, GA). Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 2013, at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home from 2 - 7 PM.
