Brenda L. Dunbar

Brenda L. Dunbar, a retired cook known for her culinary skills and warmth, passed away on May 7, 2024, in Augusta, Georgia. She was born on June 12, 1947, in the same city, where she enriched the lives of those around her through her delicious meals and loving nature.

Brenda will be remembered for her dedication to her craft as a cook, bringing joy to many with her flavorful creations. Her legacy extends beyond her career as she leaves behind cherished memories that will be held close to the hearts of all who knew her.

Brenda was preceded in death by her son, Robert Dunbar. She is survived by her loving son, Kenya Dunbar. In this time of loss, may Kenya find solace in the fond memories shared with his dear mother.

Services to honor Brenda's life will be held at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home in Augusta, Georgia. A visitation is scheduled for Friday,  May 17, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Celebration of Life ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the same location.
