Benjamin I. Holden, born to the late John and Beatrice holden, and a dedicated and experienced driver, passed away in Augusta, Georgia on July 5, 2024. Born in Augusta on September 1, 1958, Benjamin led a fulfilling life filled with remarkable journeys and memorable moments.
Throughout his career, showcased his expertise behind the wheel as he operated commercial trucks for local companies and ferried passengers to various destinations via taxi cab. His commitment to navigating roads safely and efficiently left a lasting impact on all those he served.
In addition to his contributions as a driver, Benjamin also selflessly served his country with a brief stint the United States Army. His dedication to duty and honor exemplified his strong sense of patriotism.
Benjamin will be deeply missed by his surviving family and friends, including three sons, five daughters, three sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. His legacy of hard work, kindness, and love will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
