Annie Lecelle Banner, a cherished member of the Augusta community, was born on November 12, 1945, in, Georgia. It is with deep sorrow that we announce her passing on August 29, 2024, in the place she called home throughout her life.

Annie led a fulfilling life marked by her dedication in her career, before retiring to enjoy the fruit of her labors. Known for her kindness and warm spirit, she touched the lives of many in her community, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and service. Her presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A visitation in her honor will be held at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., Augusta, GA 30901, on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to gather and pay their respects.

The funeral service will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the same location, beginning at 11:00 AM, followed by a burial at Walker Memorial Park, located at 620 Laney Walker Blvd, Augusta, GA 30901, at 3:45 PM.
